Yoga has become enormously popular nowadays, great variety of styles and proprietary schools. Modifying and trying to adapt traditional yoga techniques to the conditions of modern life, we are facing the fact that the techniques are losing their power and often cause side effects.
Prof. Dr. V. Murugathas (PhD) is the living bearer of the yoga tradition, the original techniques of which have remained unchanged for centuries. With the blessings of his great teachers, he imparts knowledge of traditional Hatha Yoga, Marma Therapy, Meditation and Siddha Ayurveda. his personal experience on this path is more than 37 years. it shows enormous positive results all over the world, changing the destinies of people. he built a traditional ashram in Sri Lanka and Russia for a cultivates a new generation of successors of the tradition
